Two Macedonians met at the Croatian Homebrew Competition 2018. Very quickly they started homebrewing together. After a few awards on their beers, they decided it was time to introduce them to the wider public. Hotch Potch means a messy mixture of different things, like something a wizard would do. It's a mess only seemingly, because we do our magic with great care and planning to bring the people some awesome beers they'll keep asking for constantly.
