After careful vineyard selection, the grapes are handpicked and crushed into 500kg open fermentation vats. The grapes are hand plunged to ensure the extraction of more gentle tannins and aged in French oak barrels with just a little addition of Slavonian oak spiciness. The French oak comes from the forest of Jupiles which has very soft, floral tones which enhances the herbal nature of the Plavac Mali rather than obscuring the fruit. The rich plum and raisin flavors are underpinned by dark chocolate and herbal notes much like its parent, Zinfandel. Minimal filtration and stabilization treatments were used to preserve the flavors and aromas of the wine. Natural sediment may form in the bottle.

Powerful, rich & spicy with a big bruising body – flavours of tar, game meat, earth and dried-fruits like prunes and figs. There are rich bramble fruit flavours on the middle-palate too. For such a big wine, this has fine tannins and the alcohol is beautifully in balance. Excellent savoury finish.

Winemaker Selection is wine released after many years of aging. Silver medal in Decanter world wine awards. It is strong, earthy and fruity at the same time. Here tannins are just perfect. It has all that Plavac mali should have; sun, sea, dry prunes, carob, dry figs, firm body. Decant for 10-15 minutes for a full experience. This is the wine you can save for a few years. Best served with steak or red meat.

Dingač Reserve is a perfect example of superior Dingač. Grape comes from limited Dingač position with a selected berries harvest in the ecologically clean zone. The wine is matured in barrique barrels (oak barrel capacity of 225 L). This is typical Plavac Mali with characteristic fruity aroma that reminds on dark berries and ageing in barrique barrels made this wine elegant and soft. Confirmation of its uniqueness and quality are numerous awards in national and international wine competitions. We recommend opening the bottle at least 2 hours before consummation!

An elegant wine of deep ruby colour, full-bodied, with a strong and thick texture, mature and well-balanced. Aromas of great quality dominate, with pronounced spiciness. In the glass it still opens up, showing notes of vanilla, smoke, coffee, cinnamon, cloves, as well as raspberry and currant. The taste is dry, warm, and perfectly soft with fine tannins. Liveliness and minerality linger in the aftertaste. It has excellent aging potential.
