Miraz graševina develops distinctive scent components and emphasize fruitness and creamy taste. Miraz Graševina is pouring down the throat and is easy to drink. Ending is warm and creamy. Its bitterness is gentle and pleasant, typical for Graševina variety.

Made of variety Portugizac the most widespread in Croatia’s winemaking region Plešivica. It is well known as the variety with lovely fruit aromas and flavors with a little tannin, from which is made popular young autumn wine. Because of ability to quickly matured and flavor development it is ideal for the production of rose sparkling wines. This sparkling wine have expressed aromas of raspberry, cherry and strawberry and rich pink color. It is refreshing and elegant in the mouth, ideal for hot summer days.

Plavac mali tends to be very tannic and to ensure softer tannin, it needs to be picked fully ripe, but then a higher alcohol seems inevitable. Spoža was one of the first succesful modern rose wines made from Plavac mali grape. Spoža is medium full bodied and crispy refreshing rose full of red fruit with spicy and mineral undertones.
