Bibich Lučica riserva 2016
Alen Bibić's mission is to bring Skradin wines to international prominence. By doing so, he plans to sustain the long tradition of indigenous white Debit and red Zinfandel relatives- Babic, Plavina, and Lasin. Bibich winery provides an exceptional experience in pairing wine and food, and as such has been mentioned in prominent and famous American magazine Wine Enthusiast. Lučica is Alen’s homage to his grandfather. The grapes are sourced from the single vineyard of Debit his grandfather planted himself some 50 years ago in Plastovo.

Fermented and nurtured in French oak for more than a year, flavors are concentrated, it’s warm without being hot, and genuinely unique. Once fully opened, the perfume of desert flowers, scorched rocks, and candied citrus demand equally full-flavored foods like fig stuffed pork loin or squid ink risotto. The firm structure and freshness suggest that this will age very well.
