Family Cmrečnjak cherishes long tradition of viticulture and winemaking. The first family cellar dates from as far back as 1884, and today it is arranged family archives. More comprehensive and market-directional winemaking family is involved from the beginning of the 1970s, when the two hectares planted with varieties graševine and pušipela (Šipon, Furmint). Continuous improvement of production and gaining certification of geographical podrijertlu 1992, were created preconditions for serious progress in the market. This year, placed by consumers and well accepted first bottled Riesling labeled "Cmrečnjak".

This refreshing wine has distinct mineral – citrus notes, low alcohol levels and a pronounced acidity that allows it to be consumed along medium and strongly seasoned dishes. Its taste demonstrates the great potential this variety has.
