A very elegant whole, smooth sip and citric malt. Peach, quince, a bit of butter, a pinch of salt...Plenty of character that is revealed at the right temperature, after some time in the glass. Fermentation took place in controlled conditions, in 225 l and 500 l casks made of French and Slavonian oak as well as Slavonian acacia. The wine has aged on the lees (sur lie) in casks for 9 months.
