Ilovčak Winery is the fifth generation growing the vine on parcels dating back to the mid-19th century. The vineyards are located on the eastern slopes of Moslavina highlands, above the River Ilova, on the border between Moslavina and Slavonia. Ilovčak vineyards are only on southern slopes of Moslavina Highlands at 240 meters above sea level, covering an area of 6 hectares. The most abundant variety is an indigenous variety Škrlet, followed by Graševina, Pinot Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The first vineyards were planted in 1992, while the commercial sales began in 2006.

Ilovčak winery has 0.5 acres of Graševina and they mostly use it for their Graševina Sur lie. They produced 1500 bottles of 2016. Wine is aged for 5 months on fine yeasts in oak barrels. A greenish color with a yellowish glow. It has a deep and refined taste with a dominant aroma of green apple. Followed by refined fruity, floral, flamboyant and harmonious aromas with a toasty finish.
