Josić Couve 2016
Family Josić from Osijek in 1999 buys an old wine cellar from 1935. They renew it and equip with modern technology, but preserves the traditional look of the wine cellar. At the same time, they buying around 1.6 hectares of old vineyards. Josić is one of the fastest growing wineries in Baranja and a new Slavonian favorite among wine lovers of younger generations.

This wine is quite unusual "Bordeaux-Burgundian" blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir. It has pronounced nose of Cherry, raspberry and blackberry aromas. On the palate it is stylish, long with layered flavors of black currant, clove, coffee beans, black pepper and dark chocolate. Oak is well integrated with supptle tannins.
