The grapes for Veliko Crno (big red) are coming from ecological vineyards, from the Nadin area, the region of northern Dalmatia. The big red is a perfect balance of strength and fineness. The first aroma is herbs and pepper, followed by blueberries and black currant with warm aromas of wood. Freshness and minerality from Nadin soil round all the components into a perfect balance. A classic Burgundy expression of red wine intended for extended aging over ten years. It is perfectly suitable for red meat dishes, especially steak. It aged for18 months in French barrels (225L).
