Miloš Plavac 2013
Dry red wine made from Plavac Mali grapes from the steep terraced vineyards of the southern slopes of the Pelješac peninsula. Only autochthonous yeasts are used in the fermentation. During the whole process the wine lives in a large, old, Slavonian oak barrel. It is unfiltered with minimal quantities of sulfites. This wine is a pure reflection of the variety and terroir of its place of origin.
This wine is called a "peninsula in a glass" – it is a warm wine from the southern region, sunburned, full of herbs and underbrush, dry and sweet. It consists of complex fruit aromas of cherries and olives which contribute to the authentic earthy character. Provides a very inspiring wine experience.
