Saint Hills ET Sin 2012
This wine is a fruit of the best grapes from Komarna vineyards. Every berry that is in this wine selected by hands and only the best ones are chosen for these bottles. After that, grape continues its metamorphosis from juice to wine in specially selected barrique barrels to cultivate its noble and rare aromas. It matures in precious oak for 18 months, shaping the silky ripe tannins. When it attains the desired aromatic profile, it is left alone to sleep in a bottle, made only for this wine, out of the dark glass with a pure platinum necklace around the neck. This wine is meant to be remembered, and bottle saved as a token, to remind us of the moments of happiness it is meant to complete.

This wine is thick, very aromatic, full of fine granulated tannins, which immediately clings to your tongue. Yet, because of the intense black and red fruit, it does not create the impression of bitterness but points to roundness and elegance that will happen in the next stage of maturation. Light smoke and vanilla enrich the bouquet of this exceptional fine wine. It may mature for at least ten more years.
