Saints Hills Posh 2022

Vineyards for Pošip are in Mid-west Istria, southern exposure, and Island of Korčula, Dalmatia. Istrian vines are 4-5-year-old and one on Korčula 15-20 years. Pošip is a specific indigenous variety, very aromatic and does not profit from ‘spicing up’. It is fermented and matured in big concrete tanks for 6 months to preserve its freshness, and allow it to develop its own specific aromas.
